At Water and Earth we want to set expectations on what our potential clients should expect throughout the design, bidding and construction phases of their project. While we are strong and creative producers in many areas, there are some that we may not be best suited for. For anyone we may not be able to provide expertise to, we are happy to get you lined up with another local option that can better serve you.
ARE WE A GOOD FIT?

Our onboarding and design process will produce excellent results if you:

You prefer to work with a small team that values collaboration and prefers to take time (8-12 weeks) to complete a thorough design/project planning process.

You desire to think outside of the box and through ideas that are unique to your space rather than recycled ideas.

You have a starting budget of 100k for projects without a pool and a starting budget of 175k for projects with a pool.

You are looking to work with a group that will provide assistance once design is completed with contractor introductions and construction project monitoring.
However, we may not be the best choice if:

You plan to DIY the project or hire unlicensed contractors to install the design.

You are a contractor or home builder looking to sell our ideas to your clients as your own.

You’d prefer to focus on a fraction of your space for an abbreviated project i.e. flower bed refresh, irrigation issues, walkway replacement.

You need your space transformed for an event in the next eight months.
